Ross is an employment and industrial relations specialist with experience working at a top-tier Australian law firm and as an employment relations legal counsel for an ASX-listed financial services company.
Ross has broad experience across a range of complex and varied employment and industrial relations matters including complex termination, Fair Work Commission, workers’ compensation, and anti-discrimination matters, as well as significant union and workplace governance and strategic portfolio management experience. With a strong client focus, Ross has a keen interest in bringing his background and expertise to the small to medium sized business market in an accessible and fit-for-purpose way.
