Position Purpose

You will play a vital role in providing an exceptional HR consulting service to a diverse portfolio of clients. Working collaboratively within our high-functioning team, you will contribute to designing, developing, and delivering customised people solutions aligned with corporate goals and strategy. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and coaching on operational HR matters to a wide range of clients, with a particular focus on recruitment, onboarding, induction and performance management
  • Deliver a broad range of training and induction programs
  • Collaborate with the team to design and deliver strategic and operational people solutions in line with corporate goals
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of HR databases, systems, and resources
  • Prepare employment-related documentation including contracts, letters, policies, and procedures
  • Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional experiences
  • Stay abreast of contemporary HR practices, policies, and legislation and provide advice to clients on application to their business

Key Selection Criteria

Essential:
  • Qualifications in HR or a related field with at least 4 years of experience in an HR Advisor role or similar
  • Experience managing end to end recruitment
  • Proficiency in the use of HR and Payroll systems, as well as the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to interpret awards and legislation, developing compliant policies and procedures
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage workloads and meet strict deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a high-performing team
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to role-model our values and inspire others
Desirable:
  • Payroll experience
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
  • Membership of the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI)
